HoReCa - a printer for the hospitality trade
Hotels, restaurants and cafes need a steady flow of printed materials: menu cards, mats, vouchers, flyers with promotions, tickets and the everyday printing that guest service needs. Drukarnia Promedia has an offer dedicated to the HoReCa trade - with FSC certified papers and short repeat runs, so you do not have to hold months of stock.
The most frequently ordered HoReCa products
- Menu cards - A4 or a custom size, laminated on one or both sides.
- Placemats - A3 and 300 × 300 mm, on 80 or 120 gsm offset or 135 gsm coated.
- Coasters - nine shapes, 300 gsm board or BEERMAT wood pulp board.
- Takeaway flyers - DL or A5, with the dishes and the prices.
- Gift vouchers - 350 gsm board, with a choice of lamination.
- Event and tasting tickets - three formats, optionally glued into pads.
- Restaurant business cards - premium papers for a higher standard.
Materials that stand up to daily use
Guests hold menu cards in their hands every day. We recommend:
- Double-sided matt lamination - neutral, does not reflect light, stands up to stains.
- Soft-touch lamination - a premium feel for premium restaurants.
Lead time
Typically 1-5 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.

Do you have papers approved for contact with food?
The papers we print on are FSC certified, and some of them can be used in food-contact applications. If food contact is a requirement for you, write to info@promedia.pl - we will confirm it for the specific paper before you order. Menu cards and flyers use standard print papers, which are not meant for direct contact.
Can I order a seasonal menu in a small run?
Yes - digital printing of menu cards from 25 pieces. It lets you change the offer quickly (a winter menu against a summer one) without holding stock.
Which menu card finishes stand up to daily use?
Double-sided lamination stands up to wiping, stains and handling. Three films are available: matt, gloss and velvet soft-touch. For cards that go round the room every day, double-sided lamination on heavier stock - 350 gsm coated - works best.
Do you print coasters and placemats?
Yes. Coasters come in nine shapes - a 93 × 93 mm square in three corner versions, a circle, a hexagon, a pentagon, a rosette, a 100 × 100 mm decorative shape and a barrel - on 300 gsm board or BEERMAT wood pulp board. Placemats are printed at A3 and 300 × 300 mm, on 80 or 120 gsm offset or 135 gsm coated.
