Disc packaging is part of the product, not an add-on
A disc without packaging is just a carrier. In packaging it becomes something the customer wants to keep - and for training courses, conferences and materials for medical practices it often decides whether the whole set looks professional.
What this category covers
- Ecopack 4P - single-fold, two panels when closed, no plastic tray. The disc slides into a slit in the card or into a glued pocket.
- Ecopack 6P - double-fold, three panels, more room for copy and artwork.
- Ecopack A5 - a tall format for when the packaging also has to hold a printed insert.
- Cardboard disc sleeves - the lightest and flattest option, printed with your artwork. Versions with a thumb notch, decorative dies K01 and K02, natural eco Kraftliner, and MediPack for medical practices.
- Paper and poly sleeves - simple and protective: paper with a clear window, poly with a flap, also with an adhesive strip.
Packaging for USB drives
We package USB drives too - you pick the packaging together with the model in the calculator on the product page. The options include plastic boxes, smart presentation cases, poly sleeves, a USB Box with a cover and an ecopack insert.
Product boxes
Besides packaging for media we also make product boxes - for honey, cosmetics and gift sets. Each one needs its own cutting die, so we prepare the quote individually. Write to info@promedia.pl with the product dimensions and the run size you have in mind.
Card, printing and finishing
Card from 250 to 450 gsm. CMYK offset printing, optionally with a Pantone colour. Matt, gloss or velvet Soft Touch lamination.
Lead time
Typically 3-7 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.

What disc packaging can I choose from?
Cardboard ecopacks (single-fold 4P, double-fold 6P and tall A5), rigid cardboard sleeves printed with your artwork, and simple paper sleeves with a window or poly sleeves with a flap. Ecopacks and cardboard sleeves are printed in full colour.
Can you insert the discs into the packaging?
Yes. Fulfilment - putting the discs into sleeves or ecopacks and preparing finished sets - is a separate option in the calculator, so you do not have to do it in-house.
Do you make product boxes to my own dimensions?
Yes - boxes for honey, cosmetics and other products are quoted individually, because each one needs its own cutting die. We give the one-off cost of the die in the quote; it pays off best on larger runs or repeat orders, because we archive the die.
How long does packaging production take?
The calculator shows the lead time once you pick your options. Standard constructions are the quickest; finishing and fulfilment extend production.
