Click USB drive - A practical drive with a slide-out USB connector and no separate cap to lose. Available with USB 2.0 or the faster USB 3.2 gen.1, in capacities from 8 to 256 GB. The casing is marked with full-colour UV printing. A convenient item for trade fairs, conferences, training sessions and packs for staff or clients - slide the mechanism and the connector is ready.

Pendrive Click - one slide, no separate cap

On classic drives the removable cap has one flaw: it is easy to put down somewhere and never find again. The Click does away with it.

The USB connector slides straight out of the casing on a simple mechanism, and slides back after use. Nothing extra to keep track of.

That matters particularly when drives are handed out at fairs, conferences or training sessions and then end up in a bag with everything else.

The model comes with either USB 2.0 or USB 3.2 gen.1, so you can match the version to the type of data and to the budget, instead of paying for the faster interface where the drive will mainly hold documents.

Where it fits

Trade fairs and conferences, for larger campaigns reaching many people; sales meetings, carrying a current presentation, product catalogue, price list or technical documentation; training and onboarding, where instructions, procedures and video have to work without internet access; and roadshows, where the same set of files goes out in city after city with identical content.

Personalisation - full-colour UV printing

We mark the Click with digital UV printing in full CMYK.

The logo does not have to be reduced to one or two colours: multi-colour artwork, tonal transitions, shadows and richer graphic elements are all possible.

The ink is cured with UV light during printing, so the finished marking handles daily use and contact with moisture and light.

It is a good option for brands whose identity rests on several colours and would be hard to simplify sensibly into single-colour engraving.

USB 2.0 or USB 3.2 gen.1?

Both versions look similar; the difference is transfer speed.

USB 2.0 covers typical company material: PDF documents, presentations, spreadsheets, catalogues and small photo sets. On large promotional runs it is also the more economical choice.

USB 3.2 gen.1 runs on a bus supporting up to 5 Gb/s, so it is worth taking for large files, video, multimedia catalogues or data sets over 1 GB.

Real read and write speeds depend on the capacity, the memory used and the device the drive is plugged into. For a presentation of a few hundred megabytes, USB 2.0 is usually fine; with several gigabytes of video, the difference starts to matter a great deal.

Capacities

  • 8 GB - presentations, documents, small welcome packs,
  • 16 GB - standard sales material with graphics and multimedia,
  • 32 GB - catalogues, larger photo libraries and product films,
  • 64 GB - extensive multimedia and training material,
  • 128 GB - larger archives, film sets and documentation,
  • 256 GB - large data libraries, courses and portable archives.

There is little point buying capacity purely in reserve. If the material takes 2 GB, an 8 or 16 GB version makes more sense than 128 GB. Larger capacities are worth it when you genuinely plan to store big files.

Technical specification

  • mechanism: slide-out, no separate cap,
  • interface: USB 2.0 or USB 3.2 gen.1,
  • capacities: 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB,
  • marking: full-colour UV printing,
  • minimum order: 50 pieces,
  • marking file: PDF or AI, preferably vector, in CMYK,
  • lead time: shown by the calculator once you choose a configuration.

The slide mechanism is built for repeated use and rated for at least 3000 cycles of extending and retracting the connector.

Free graphic design

No print artwork ready? With an order placed with us we prepare it free of charge.

Send your logo, preferably in vector form, together with all the text that is to appear on the casing. We will lay it out and send a proof for approval.

The first version usually comes within 1-2 working days; each further round of changes adds one working day. Production starts only once the design is approved.

Preloading data

We can also load material onto the drives before dispatch:

  • presentations,
  • PDF catalogues,
  • documents,
  • photographs,
  • video,
  • training material,
  • onboarding files.

The cost depends on the number of drives and the volume of data copied.

FAQ

Click USB drive - questions and answers

Need help? Contact us

What is the difference between USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 gen.1 on the Click?

USB 2.0 is the cheaper option and works well for documents, presentations and other files that are not especially large. USB 3.2 gen.1 uses a bus supporting up to 5 Gb/s and copies large data sets - video or multimedia catalogues - considerably faster. For mass event campaigns with little data, USB 2.0 is usually enough. If the drive is to carry several gigabytes of material, consider USB 3.2 gen.1.

Is the slide mechanism durable in daily use?

Yes. The mechanism used in the Click is rated for at least 3000 cycles of extending and retracting the connector. In normal use that means a long working life - and no separate cap to worry about.

Which capacities are available?

8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 GB. For documents and a short presentation, 8 or 16 GB is usually enough. If the drive is to hold video, large catalogues or extensive training material, choose 32, 64 GB or more.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 50 pieces. The calculator shows the current lead time and the price for your configuration. The time is counted from the start of production.

Can you load data onto the drives before dispatch?

Yes. We offer preloading of finished material onto every drive - a PDF presentation, catalogue, documentation, video or any other set of files. The cost depends on the quantity and the volume of data copied, and is added to the order.
