How to place an order in 5 steps
The whole process takes ~3-5 minutes.
1. Choose a product from the catalogue
The top Print menu has the full product list: flyers, business cards, posters, brochures, stickers, cards. Click the product that interests you, or use the search box in the header (e.g. "A5 flyers" or "business cards").
Each product category has its own page with an overview of variants, paper weights and finishing options. You can also browse the CD/DVD, USB drives, Packaging and Calendars sections - separate from classic print.
> Not sure where to start? Check the Bestseller of the month in the main menu - those are the most-ordered products with ready presets for format and paper.
2. Configure the variant in the calculator
On the product page choose: format, paper, print (single / double sided, 4/0, 4/4), finishing (glossy, matte or Soft Touch foil) and quantity.
> Quantity snap-up: If you choose an intermediate quantity (e.g. 350 flyers when the thresholds are 250 / 500 / 1000), the system rounds up to the nearest available threshold - and shows the rounded quantity in the cart.
On the left you can always see a price preview and a summary of the chosen options. On the right - the specifications of the chosen variant.
3. Check the price and add to cart
You can add several products to the cart (e.g. business cards + flyers + posters), each with a different variant, format and quantity. The cart is at the top right.
In the cart you can change quantity or remove an item - the total updates automatically. You can also go back to any product by clicking its name.
4. Go to checkout - everything on one page
Click Order in the cart. You finish the order right here, on the cart page - you give your details and delivery address, choose the sales document, upload your artwork files and pick the delivery and payment method.
> Everything in one place. We do not move you to another system. Cart, details, files, delivery and payment are on one page - and what you picked stays in the cart until the order is paid. If a payment fails, go back to the cart and try again; this will not create a second order.
5. Pay and get your confirmation
Upload your PDF files (checked against the checklist at /pomoc/przygotowanie-plikow), choose delivery (DPD or InPost courier, InPost parcel locker, personal pickup in Łódź) and pay through Przelewy24 - BLIK, card or fast bank transfer.
The calculator shows the lead time for the options you pick. It is counted from the start of production - which happens once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof (where required), the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered. You will receive an e-mail with the order number and status notifications (received, in production, sent, delivered).
> File check - your choice: when ordering print you decide - we print straight from your file, or our designer checks it (bleeds, colours, resolution) and sends a preview for approval. For USB drives, pens, lighters and discs a new design is approved on a preview before production.
