Copying your files

Before dispatch we copy presentations, catalogues, documents or photos onto every drive. You can send the files through WeTransfer or a OneDrive or Google Drive link.

How to order

  1. Choose a model

    Compare the casings, connectors and capacities. You see the price straight away in the calculator on the model page.

  2. Capacity and branding

    Choose the capacity, UV printing or engraving (one or both sides), the packaging and, if you wish, copying your files.

  3. Logo and proof for approval

    Send your logo, ideally as a vector file, or ask for a simple design - we prepare it free of charge, usually within 1-2 working days. We start production after you approve it.

  4. Production and delivery

    We brand the drives, copy your files and pack them if you ordered that, then send them to your address.

USB drives with your logo - a giveaway that makes sense

A USB drive is one of those promotional items with a real function. It can hold documents, presentations, photos or catalogues, and stay in use long after the event or campaign it was handed out at. So the logo on the casing is not seen only at the moment of handover - the drive can later go to a desk, a bag or a kit used at work.

At Drukarnia Promedia we offer the full spectrum of promotional USB drives: from economical plastic ones, through steel and aluminium, to natural wood and bamboo. Every one of them can be personalised with UV printing (a colour logo) or laser engraving (an elegant, single-tone recess), on one side or both.

USB drive models

  • Classic plastic - the most economical, available in many colours.
  • Swivel, no cap - the connector folds into the body, so there is nothing to lose.
  • Steel and aluminium - a premium feel, and a material that takes engraving beautifully.
  • Wooden (merbau) and bamboo - eco-friendly, a natural texture.
  • Credit-card format - flat, fits a card holder or a wallet.
  • With a carabiner - a USB drive and a keyring in one, clips onto keys or a lanyard.
  • With a USB-C connector - for laptops, tablets and phones without a classic USB port.

Personalisation

  • UV printing - in colour, on the surface of the casing. The most flexible option for a brand.
  • Laser engraving - single-tone and deep; on metal and wood it looks premium.

Loading data

We load content straight onto every drive: a presentation, a product catalogue, instructions, photographs from an event. The only limit on the size of the material is the capacity of the model you pick. You send us the files through WeTransfer or a OneDrive / Google Drive link.

Data can be loaded in two ways: standard - the recipient can delete the files and save their own, or non-erasable - the files stay on the drive permanently and cannot be deleted or overwritten. Non-erasable copying is available from 100 pcs.

Which USB drive capacities do you offer?

Depending on the model: 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. For presentations, documents and a handful of photographs 8-16 GB is usually enough - plenty for presentations, photos and documents.

Will the branding last?

UV printing applied straight onto the casing - yes, it stands up to abrasion and damp. Laser engraving is practically permanent. Stickers wear off and we do not recommend them for long-term branding.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the model, the capacity and the connector. The smallest start at 25 pieces, most at 50, and on some capacities the minimum reaches 200. The calculator gives the figure for the configuration you have chosen and will not let you order below it.

Can I have the drives loaded with content?

Yes. You send us the files and we copy them onto every drive before dispatch. The only limit on how much data you can load is the capacity of the drive itself - anything smaller than 16 GB fits on a 16 GB drive. We can also add a start file, for example an HTML index of the contents. How such files behave depends on the recipient operating system and settings, so agree it with us before ordering.

How long does an order take?

The calculator shows the lead time for the options you pick - larger runs and engraving extend production. It is counted from the start of production, that is from the moment we have a correct file, your approval of the proof and a recorded payment. Express is sometimes available for small runs with UV printing.
