A USB drive is one of those promotional items with a real function. It can hold documents, presentations, photos or catalogues, and stay in use long after the event or campaign it was handed out at. So the logo on the casing is not seen only at the moment of handover - the drive can later go to a desk, a bag or a kit used at work.

Loading data

We load content straight onto every drive: a presentation, a product catalogue, instructions, photographs from an event. The only limit on the size of the material is the capacity of the model you pick. You send us the files through WeTransfer or a OneDrive / Google Drive link.

Which USB drive capacities do you offer?

Depending on the model: 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. For presentations, documents and a handful of photographs 8-16 GB is usually enough - plenty for presentations, photos and documents.

Will the branding last?

UV printing applied straight onto the casing - yes, it stands up to abrasion and damp. Laser engraving is practically permanent. Stickers wear off and we do not recommend them for long-term branding.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the model, the capacity and the connector. The smallest start at 25 pieces, most at 50, and on some capacities the minimum reaches 200. The calculator gives the figure for the configuration you have chosen and will not let you order below it.

Can I have the drives loaded with content?

Yes. You send us the files and we copy them onto every drive before dispatch. The only limit on how much data you can load is the capacity of the drive itself - anything smaller than 16 GB fits on a 16 GB drive. We can also add a start file, for example an HTML index of the contents. How such files behave depends on the recipient operating system and settings, so agree it with us before ordering.

How long does an order take?

The calculator shows the lead time for the options you pick - larger runs and engraving extend production. It is counted from the start of production, that is from the moment we have a correct file, your approval of the proof and a recorded payment. Express is sometimes available for small runs with UV printing.
