Unity USB drive - product details
Unity USB drive - A minimalist drive in a single-piece brushed steel casing, with no visible panels or plastic parts. USB 2.0, capacities from 8 to 64 GB, marked with durable laser engraving. For companies looking for a plain metal drive for conferences, presentations, training or company sets - no ornament, one material and clean design.
Pendrive Unity - one material, a simple form
The Unity stands out for a casing that looks like a single piece. There are no visible panels, catches or plastic parts breaking up the surface.
Brushed steel gives it a quiet, technical character, and the slim silhouette suits plain visual identities. One end carries the standard USB connector, the other a large round eyelet for a key ring or lanyard.
There is no removable cap, so nothing extra to keep track of in use.
The Unity uses USB 2.0. For documents, presentations, PDF files and typical conference material that is entirely sufficient. If the drive is to handle large video files or extensive archives regularly, consider a faster model.
Unity or UNO?
We also offer the Pendrive UNO, which has a very similar silhouette: a slim metal casing, a large round eyelet and a USB connector without a separate cap. The difference is in the memory.
Pendrive Unity
- USB 2.0,
- capacities 8, 16, 32 and 64 GB.
Pendrive UNO
- USB 3.2 gen.1,
- capacities up to 256 GB.
For documents, presentations and standard conference material the Unity is enough. For large files, video and frequent copying, the UNO with its faster interface is more comfortable.
Where it fits
Conferences and B2B events, carrying presentations, delegate material, the programme and company catalogues; fintech, consulting and law firms, where company material is meant to look ordered and understated; companies with minimalist branding, where a single-colour logo and sparing typography sit well against brushed steel; gift sets, when a metal casing without ornament is the point; and universities and institutions, as a carrier for course and event materials.
Laser engraving
We mark the Unity with laser engraving. The laser works directly on the metal surface, with no added layer of ink. The result is single-colour, durable and suits the matt brushed casing.
On a surface this plain, what works best is:
- a logo,
- a company name,
- a web address,
- a short line of text,
- a simple symbol or mark.
A minimalist casing rarely needs a large design. A small logo placed well usually looks better than an attempt to fill the whole available surface.
Preparing the engraving file
- a vector PDF,
- vector graphics only,
- artwork in black,
- no greyscale,
- no shadows or halftones,
- text converted to curves.
The black elements mark the areas to be engraved.
To check whether a logo is vector, zoom in hard on screen: vector artwork stays sharp at any magnification.
Capacities
- 8 GB - event programme, documents, presentations and contact details,
- 16 GB - a larger set of company and presentation material,
- 32 GB - catalogues, training material and multimedia,
- 64 GB - more extensive file sets.
For typical conference material, 8 or 16 GB is usually enough. If the drive is also to carry film, a larger number of photographs or training material, choose 32 or 64 GB.

Unity USB drive - questions and answers
Need help? Contact us
What does a "single-piece casing" mean on the Unity?
The Unity casing looks like one continuous metal element. There are no visible panels, plastic inserts or extra parts breaking up the surface, which gives the drive a very plain, minimalist form. Brushed steel remains the main element of the whole design.
Which capacities are available?
8, 16, 32 and 64 GB. For documents, presentations and conference material, 8-16 GB is usually enough. For larger training material, photographs or multimedia, choose 32 or 64 GB.
Is USB 2.0 enough for documents and presentations?
Yes. For PDF files, documents, presentations and other typical company material USB 2.0 works without trouble. The difference becomes noticeable with large films or extensive archives. If such files will be copied often, consider a model with USB 3.2 gen.1, such as the Pendrive UNO.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
The minimum order is 50 pieces. The calculator shows the current lead time once you choose the capacity and the other options. We count the lead time from the start of production.
