EB-15 LED lighters - product details
EB-15 LED lighters - A piezo lighter with a built-in torch - the only such version in our range. White body, silver head, 77×22 mm, print area 52.0×13.0 mm. Marked with full-colour UV printing and refillable thanks to its valve. Worth considering wherever a small light after dark is as useful as the flame.
EB-15 LED - a lighter and a torch in one body
The EB-15 LED is built on the classic EB-15 design with one addition: a built-in LED torch.
The lighter works as usual - press the ignition button, the piezo element makes a spark and lights the gas. The torch works independently and has its own button on the side wall.
The light sits in the lower part of the casing and shines along its axis, which is enough to find a lock, look inside a bag or under a desk without reaching for a phone. On the base EB-15 that part of the body is plain.
The EB-15 LED measures 77×22 mm, with a white body and a silver head - still a small pocket lighter, with one function the other models do not have.
How it differs from the other EB-15 lighters
The family:
- EB-15 - base version with a white head,
- EB-15 COLOUR - head in one of several colours,
- EB-15 LED - with a torch,
- EB-15 OPENER - with a bottle opener.
Only the LED has a built-in light. Body dimensions and the basic print area are the same as on the classic EB-15, so the extra function has not cost you any space for the logo.
Where the torch actually earns its place
Service teams and workshops - looking behind a unit, under a dashboard or into a fuse box; petrol stations and all-night shops, where part of the traffic comes after dark; outdoor events, concerts, picnics and barbecues that run into the evening; hotels, guesthouses and campsites; technical trade fairs, where the item stands out through its function rather than its print; and kits for field staff in service, transport, installation or technical support.
A gadget with a second use has a better chance of staying in a bag or a car instead of ending up in a drawer.
Full-colour UV printing
We mark EB-15 LED lighters with digital UV printing in UV LED technology. Artwork goes straight onto the white body in full CMYK.
You can use:
- multi-colour logos,
- gradients,
- tonal transitions,
- shading,
- photographs,
- more elaborate graphics.
No plates, moulds or screens are prepared; once the file is ready it goes to the press.
The ink is cured with UV light during printing, so the finished mark handles everyday use and contact with water, moisture and light, with no varnish and no drying afterwards. UV LED also limits how much the item heats up.
We print on Japanese machines built for precise marking of small surfaces, so finer detail stays legible. Even so, do not shrink type just because it can technically be printed - a phone number or web address has to be easy to read first.
One side or two?
Two options in the calculator:
- UV printing, one side,
- UV printing, two sides.
One side usually covers a logo and a short slogan. The second can hold a web address, phone number, contact details, a QR code or an extra line.
The two-sided version costs more, and you will see the difference as soon as the configuration is priced. It needs two separate files, one per surface.
Print area 52.0×13.0 mm
The recommended marking area is 52.0×13.0 mm. The torch does not eat into the space for artwork, so the field matches the base EB-15.
It is long and shallow, so layouts running along the body work best:
- a logo next to a short slogan,
- a logo and a web address,
- a small block of contact details.
With more information, use two-sided printing rather than shrinking the type.
Preparing the print file
- scale 1:1,
- PDF or TIF,
- CMYK,
- 600 dpi for raster elements,
- text converted to curves.
Two-sided printing needs two separate files.
Read all the wording and check the contact details once more before sending. On a larger run, one typo repeats on every lighter.
Free graphic design
No artwork ready? With an order placed with us we prepare a simple design free of charge. We need:
- your logo, preferably vector,
- a CDR file up to X6, EPS or AI up to CS6,
- or a TIF or good-quality JPG,
- all the text that is to appear on the lighter.
First version usually within 1-2 working days; each further round of changes adds one working day. Production starts once you approve the proof.
Technical data
- ignition: piezo,
- ignition control: button,

- torch switched by a separate button on the side wall,
- body: white plastic,
- head / clip: silver,
- dimensions: 77×22 mm,
- recommended print area: 52.0×13.0 mm,

The model meets ISO 9994:2006 and EN 13869 and has a child-resistant mechanism.
Quantity, price and lead time
Minimum order 100 pieces; the next steps are 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 and 2000 pieces. The unit price drops as the quantity grows, so it is worth comparing the neighbouring step as well.
The calculator gives the exact price and the current lead time once you choose the quantity and the type of marking.
Production time counts from your approval of the production proof. If the lighters are needed for a set date, allow time for the design and any corrections too.
EB-15 LED lighters - questions and answers
Need help? Contact us
How does the EB-15 LED differ from the base EB-15?
The key difference is the built-in LED torch. The EB-15 LED also has a silver head instead of a white one. The rest of the basics are the same: piezo ignition, 77×22 mm and a 52.0×13.0 mm print area.
Is the torch permanently built in?
Yes. The torch is a factory part of this model and belongs to the construction of the lighter - it is not a module added separately at order time. It has its own button, independent of the ignition.
Does the torch take up printing space?
No. The marking area is still 52.0×13.0 mm, the same as on the base EB-15, so artwork can be prepared for the same surface.
How does ignition work on this model?
The EB-15 LED has piezo ignition. Press the button and the piezo element makes a spark that lights the gas. There is no wheel and flint to roll as on flint models.
Can the lighter be refilled with gas?
Yes. The model has a valve for topping up the gas once it runs out. That is one difference from the NM-1 and NM-1 OPENER, which have no valve.
What are the dimensions and how much room is there for artwork?
The lighter measures 77×22 mm and the recommended marking area is 52.0×13.0 mm. The field is fairly long and shallow, so horizontal layouts work best - a logo next to a short slogan, or a logo and a web address.
Do you print on the body or on the silver head?
We print on the white body. The head is silver and stays unprinted. A white surface works well as a base for CMYK printing, especially with a multi-colour logo.
What marking method do you use?
Digital UV printing in UV LED technology. The design goes straight onto the casing in full CMYK, with no separate plates, screens or forms.
Can I use a photograph or a gradient?
Yes. UV printing reproduces photographs, gradients, shading and tonal transitions. Just remember the field is 52.0×13.0 mm - very detailed artwork can read less clearly once scaled down than a simpler design.
Does the print stand up to water and light?
The ink is cured with UV light during printing. The finished marking handles normal use and contact with water, moisture and light, and needs no varnish or drying.
When should I choose two-sided printing, and do I need two files?
Two-sided printing works when you want to split the information: a logo on one side and, say, a phone number, web address or QR code on the other. And yes - that option needs two separate files, one per side. You select it in the calculator under "Marking".
How should the print file be prepared?
At 1:1 scale, as a PDF or TIF, in CMYK. For raster elements we recommend 600 dpi, with all text converted to curves. Please also check that all wording and contact details are correct before sending.
I have no artwork - will you prepare it for me?
Yes. With an order placed with us we prepare a simple print design free of charge. The first version usually comes within 1-2 working days, and each further round of changes adds one working day. Production starts only once the files are approved.
What do I need to send so the designer can start?
Ideally the logo in vector form:
- CDR up to version X6,
- EPS,
- AI up to CS6.
If you have no vector, a TIF or good-quality JPG will do. Please also include all the text that is to appear on the lighter.
What is the minimum order and when does the lead time start?
The minimum order is 100 pieces. The next steps are 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 and 2000 pieces. The price per lighter drops as the quantity grows. The calculator shows the current price and lead time. We count the lead time from your approval of the production proof.
