XELO White

XELO White - a light barrel and seven strong colours

The XELO White has a light barrel, with the colour coming from the trim in one of seven versions: blue, green, red, yellow, orange, magenta and purple. The last two are uncommon on promotional pens and make the model easy to match to a distinctive brand palette.

We mark it with full-colour digital UV printing in CMYK. Unlike laser engraving on our metal pens, which is always single-colour, printing keeps a multi-colour logo, gradients and tonal transitions as designed. A light barrel helps here too: the printed colours stay close to the artwork instead of being muted by the body underneath.

Dimensions and print area

The XELO White is 141 mm long and 12 mm across, making it the second thickest of our plastic pens - only the GRAND Classic, at 13 mm, is wider. The print area is 50.0×6.0 mm.

Where the XELO White works

• Brands with a distinctive palette - magenta and purple are hard to find on other promotional pens.
• Multi-colour logos - full CMYK printing keeps brand colours.
• Larger promotional runs - made for handing out in quantity.
• People who prefer a thicker barrel - at 12 mm it sits solidly in the hand.
• Conferences and training - handed out with the materials and usually kept afterwards.

Full-colour UV printing

The ink is cured with UV light during printing, so the finished mark handles everyday use and contact with moisture and light, and needs no varnishing afterwards.

One side or two

In the calculator you can choose one-sided or two-sided printing. One side usually covers a logo with the company name; the second is worth taking when you also want a web address, phone number or a short slogan. Two-sided printing costs more and needs two separate designs, one per side.

The file, the artwork and the proof

Prepare finished artwork in colour, in CMYK, at 1:1 scale, with text converted to curves.

No artwork ready? With an order placed with us we prepare it free of charge. E-mail your logo and the text that is to appear on the pen. Our designer will lay it out and send a proof for approval; production starts only once you accept it.

Quantity and ordering

The minimum order is 100 pieces, produced in multiples of 50. The price steps in the calculator are 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 pieces, and the unit price falls as the quantity grows.

The lead time appears in the calculator once you choose a configuration, counted from your approval of the proof. The first version of the design usually comes within 1-2 working days; each further round of changes adds one working day.
