Sleeves for hotel keycards and receipts - die-cut holders that protect the card or receipt and carry your logo. In classic and eco versions. Quote online.
Card sleeves - the packaging matters
A sleeve is often the first thing a customer or a guest picks up. A hotel keycard handed over in a branded pocket, a voucher given in a salon, a restaurant bill - each of them looks better straight away with a wrap of its own. We die-cut sleeves into a finished shape and print them in full colour.
Sleeve types
- Standard sleeve - the classic pocket for a hotel keycard, an access card or a loyalty card.
- Sliding sleeve - two die-cut versions, minimal, a good fit for vouchers and gift cards.
- Folded sleeve - opens to reveal a printed inside (welcome note, Wi-Fi, breakfast).
- Two-card sleeve - for when a guest is given a pair of room cards.
- Receipt sleeve - a narrow format for a bill, a payment confirmation or a small document.
- Digipak sleeves and belly bands, and CD-Box cases - a card wrap slipped over finished packaging.
Paper and finishing
- Arktika 230 gsm - light, economical, good for large hotel runs.
- Arktika 300 gsm - stiffer, holds its shape in daily use.
- Coated 350 gsm - the heaviest of the coated stocks, the best reproduction of photographs.
- Natural papers (ECO version) - Kraftliner, Kazan with grass fibre, Flora - unlaminated.
- Gloss lamination - an intense shine.
- Matt lamination - a muted, elegant surface.
- Velvet Soft Touch lamination - velvet to the touch.
Lamination can be applied on one side or both. We print in 4+0 (outside only) or 4+4 (both sides).
Lead time
Typically 4-5 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.

What is the difference between a sleeve and packaging?
A sleeve is a flat, die-cut pocket for a single item: a hotel keycard, a voucher, a receipt. Packaging is a larger box for collecting goods together or shipping them. In practice - a sleeve underlines the moment something is handed over, packaging protects.
Which sleeve die-cuts do you offer as standard?
Standard sleeve, sliding sleeve (two versions), folded sleeve, two-card sleeve and a receipt sleeve. We die-cut them into a finished pocket shape - formats from 60 × 90 mm to 75 × 105 mm.
How is the ECO version different?
We print it on natural papers - Kraftliner, Kazan with grass fibre, Flora - and we do not laminate it. What counts here is the colour, the texture and the feel of the paper. A good choice for hotels, apartments and spas.
What is the minimum order?
Card sleeves and receipt sleeves: 100 pcs. Digipak sleeves and belly bands, and CD-Box cases: 50 pcs.
