Gift vouchers - the way it is handed over counts too
A voucher is not just a piece of card with the word "gift" on it. It is a product the customer is going to give to someone close - so it has to feel premium. Thicker card, elegant finishing, personalisation that has been thought through.
Materials and finishing
- 350 gsm coated or Arktika GC1 300 gsm board - solid as standard.
- Matt lamination - an elegant, non-shiny look.
- Soft-touch (velvet) lamination - a premium feel.
- Gloss lamination - brings out the colours and the depth.
The ECO and Prestige versions are supplied without lamination - the natural or designer paper is meant to stay visible.
Printing and formats
- One side or both - the reverse holds terms, an expiry date and contact details.
- A6 and DL, when the voucher has to fit an envelope or a wallet.
- 100 × 100 and 150 × 150 mm squares, when it should look more decorative.
Handing it over
Voucher sleeves are printed as a separate product - you will find them in the Sleeves category. Assembling vouchers and sleeves into finished sets is quoted individually.
Lead time
Typically 2-5 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.

Which formats and papers are available?
Four formats: A6, DL, a 100 × 100 mm square and 150 × 150 mm. The papers are 250 or 350 gsm coated and Arktika GC1 300 gsm board - all stiff enough that the voucher will not curl in a wallet. The ECO version uses natural papers, the Prestige version designer stock.
Can a voucher be handed over in a sleeve?
Sleeves are printed as a separate product - they sit in the Sleeves category, in sizes from 60 × 90 mm to 75 × 105 mm. Vouchers and sleeves are ordered separately; if you would like them assembled into sets, write to info@promedia.pl and we will quote that.
