A company calendar - the most-looked-at gift of the year
A calendar has one advantage over many promotional items: it does not disappear after a few days. It hangs on a wall or stands on a desk all year, often exactly where the user looks several times a day. Its advertising part is mainly the header - the panel above the calendarium - and the backing sheet behind the month blocks. Those are the parts we print.
We print them as a semi-finished product: you receive printed plano sheets, and you fit the calendarium, the hanger and the spiral yourself or hand it to a bindery. That way you keep full control over the final stage and do not pay for binding you do not need.
What we print
- Calendar header panels - the advertising board above the calendarium, in two plano formats: 350 × 305 mm and 395 × 305 mm.
- Backing sheets for three-section calendars - the background for three monthly blocks, in plano, raised-header and budget-with-header versions.
- Backing sheets for single-section calendars - the background for one block, in plano and eco-with-header versions.
- Backing sheets for pyramid calendars - in two variants: small 2 × 145 × 120 mm and standard 2 × 200 × 120 mm.
Papers and finishes
- Header panels: coated 250 gsm or Arktika 230 gsm, single-sided print, optionally gloss or matt lamination on one side.
- Calendar and pyramid backing sheets: Arktika 300 gsm board - stiff, holds its shape for a full year.
- Lamination on pyramid backing sheets: gloss, matt or velvet Soft Touch, on one side.
Personalisation
- A logo on the header panel plus a strapline
- Brand colours in the print
- Product or lifestyle photography across the whole surface
- Contact details and an address on the backing sheet
Lead time and seasonality
Typically 2-5 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.
Order in September or October because lead times are at their most predictable then.

When is the best time to order printing for next year?
The optimal window is September to November. In autumn lead times are still stable; in December, at the peak of the season, you need to plan with more time in hand.
What exactly do you print in this category?
Header panels (the advertising panels) and backing sheets, that is the backgrounds of wall calendars, plus backing sheets for pyramid calendars. These are semi-finished goods: you receive printed sheets, and the calendar pad and header panel are assembled at your end or by a bindery.
Can I match the print to my brand?
Yes. The whole surface of the header panel and the backing sheet is printed in full colour: logo, strapline, brand colours, photographs, contact details.

How long does production take?
