Diplomas - an important moment, a physical document
A diploma or a certificate is more than a note that a course was completed or an award won. In print it becomes a keepsake that can be framed, put on an office shelf or kept with other important documents. We print diplomas personalised with individual names, and the paper counts as much as the design - from classic coated stock to designer papers with a delicate texture or a pearlescent sheen.
Configurations
- A4 classic diploma with personalisation.
- A3 certificate poster for larger ceremonies.
Materials
The standard is coated 250 or 350 gsm, or DCP 300 gsm. The Prestige version uses designer papers at 250-350 gsm: Stardream, Rives Shetland, Dali, Modigliani and Chagall, among them Stardream Opal with its pearlescent sheen for the most formal occasions. The ECO version uses natural papers - Kraftliner, Kazan with grass fibre and Flora. Matt or gloss lamination is available on the classic version; the Prestige and ECO versions are supplied without film, so the paper stays visible as it is.
Lead time
Typically 1-5 working days from the start of production, depending on the product. The calculator on the product page shows the exact lead time for the options you pick - finishing or personalisation can extend it. Production starts once we have everything: a correct file, your approval of the proof where required, the payment recorded, and for disc replication and duplication the source material delivered.

Can you print a different name on every single copy?
Yes - digital printing with variable data (every copy unique). Send us the list of names in Excel and we print it 1:1.
